This place was amazing! The service was great. They had free valet parking. The portions are HUGE! It seems as if their specialty lobster dish was ordered most but I didn't get that. I got Kung pao shrimp and crab fried rice. Also ordered crispy noodles for the first time. I would highly recommend this place and I will most definitely be back!

The dish successfully imparts the "wok hei" flavor, but the beef itself carries an aroma or taste of burnt chilies, likely originating from the accompanying ingredients. I recommend eating the lobster with white rice, as it was served a bit too salty.

The restaurant has 4 signature dishes. This place is known for the seafood. The house lobster is excellent and is easy enough to break apart with your hands. It had eggs along with multiple bits of calmonized green onions. I was most impressed with the clams. These are probably the best clams I have ever had. They had a mix of basil with jalapenos and it didn't overpower the clam flavor. Due to LA being close to the sea I could tell how fresh all the ingredients were.

Went back here to celebrate a big milestone birthday and the food was good. The last time we went here, the cool(s) must of had an off day! So glad it went back to the tastes like we always remember it! The main dish would be the house special lobster with green onion and jalapeños along with the shaky beef, claims with basil leaves, salt and pepper squid and the peas sprouts. They were tasty. We got there at 5:15pm on a rainy Friday night and the place was emptied. This is really unusual but glad we got in without any issues. Service was great and we almost go the restaurant to ourselves. Price is a big on a high inside but worth it since it’s a big occasion.

Our family really loves the lobster—it’s huge, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant also delivers consistently high quality across other classic dishes. Come on Monday to avoid the wait.

Send noodz please. I am so glad I came here for their lobster noodle because it is the BEST in SoCal. I love how they flavored the lobster and the noodles were just right. I ordered that and a specialty dish black bean sauce w clams to share. The lobster noodle dish was huge and can be split among 4 or more people. I do recommend coming here with more people so you can try out different dishes they offer. I also love their signature house made XO sauce because it is real scallop and the flavoring is just fire and goes well with everything. It is so bad that they only sell the sauce in 626 location (San Gabriel). Their pricing here is not bad at all and if you are here during lunch hours, you can catch their lunch special menu for deals! :)

I was excited for the Newport Special Lobster, and it lived up to my expectations - an impressive huge lobster covered with a mountain of scallion and jalapenos, carefully arranged for easy access to the meat. It's hard to find this kind of dish anywhere else, and my taste buds were buzzing with happiness. Make sure to bring a group to help you eat it, and even then, you'll probably have plenty of leftovers to bring home. Delicious!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in town. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and high quality. The steamed Alaska king crab was perfectly cooked, with tender, sweet meat that tasted amazing. The service was attentive and friendly, making the entire dining experience delightful.
